How I lost 35 lbs (from 187 to 152 lbs) durably, built an athlete body and reached an all-time high health. Format will be: 10 min - Discussion around your goals and history 30 min - Presentation of different strategies: effort vs effectiveness. 5 min - Definition of a personalized plan . 5 min - Q&A At the end of the session, I will hand out a document with the detailed list of the strategies and share the Powerpoint presentation by email.
